PH.D. - Research Biologist, cellular electrophysiologist, Rivolta Lab at the IMTC, IRCCS Policlinico San Donato

I earned my Ph.D. in Integrated Biomedical Research at the University of Milan, where I developed a broad expertise in investigative techniques, with particular emphasis on cellular electrophysiology and the patch-clamp method. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Cellular and Electrophysiology Unit, IRCCS Policlinico San Donato, where my research focuses on the electrophysiological investigation of various channelopathies, including epilepsy and Brugada syndrome. In my research I use a variety of experimental models, from primary cultured cells to neurons and cardiomyocytes derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs).
